For the last 5 years, within the 1st quarter of each year, ICT savvies from the Visayas region come together to digest knowledge, collect information, brainstorm strategies and set-up locations for economic growth and development. Such is beneficial for business sectors, job seekers and the local government units.
This year marks the 5th VICTOR (Visayas ICT Cluster Organization) conference which will be held at the Dagohoy Grand Hall of Bohol Tropics Resort in Tagbilaran City, Bohol on March 2, 2017.
